Post 10 (12-12): English Language Challenges

English and life:

I really liked learning more about English of what I had learned in high school, maybe I could have put more effort in the classes but I also think that I did my best so I will not overkill myself about it, at the start I didn’t liked the use of blogs because it was something that took me out of my comfort zone but as we were writing them I realized that it was a useful way to start writing more freely and catching up with native American writers, so in conclusion I thought that the blog method was useless but in the end I came to enjoy writing them.

I admit that I can improve my fluency, so I will be listening more English songs and doing karaoke with my friends. I mostly use English when my family from EEUU comes to visit us in Chile, I have a cousin that only speaks English which is mostly my uncle fault because he being Chilean hasn’t been teaching her Spanish so we can only communicate with her using English.

In the future I would like to travel around the world and get more experience about many different persons that live in this globe called Earth, to be able to narrate their stories and their ways of living their lives, In my life English has been like an old friend, my mother lived about four years in Ecuador were she attended a only English speaking school, in that place they had to talk in that language even in P.E class which is a hard work. So since my mother knew English from a very short age she often talked to us in that language so my brothers and I started to learn how to speak it.
